The breathtaking mountain views were unmatched. I appreciated the tranquil atmosphere while lounging by the pool. Although the spa facilities were crowded during my visit, the prompt room service and clean environment compensated for it. Consider arriving early to enjoy the best of the amenities.

Surrounded by beautiful alpine scenery, the friendly staff and spacious parking added a pleasant touch to our stay. The clean and comfortable room offered a lovely view of the mountains.

The organization around the spa facilities was lacking, and the temperature in the room was frustratingly warm for a restful night.

Consider notifying guests about train noise!!! More restaurant slots for late arrivals could really enhance the experience!!! Better service timing at dinner is needed, as waiting over an hour for courses is unacceptable!!!
